She combines a background in process engineering, automation, and project management to design and implement systems that streamline workflows, enhance collaboration, and deliver measurable business impact.
Most recently, Harriet served as director of legal operations at CBRE, where she led cross-functional initiatives to modernize legal service delivery and operational infrastructure. She spearheaded the development of automation tools, intake systems, and digital dashboards leveraging platforms such as HighQ, Legal Tracker, DocuSign, PowerAutomate, and PowerBI.
Under her leadership, the legal operations team improved turnaround times, strengthened data integrity, and generated significant cost savings through outside counsel optimization. Harriet also managed a high-performing team, guided third-party integrations, and oversaw global training and adoption of new legal technologies.
Before joining CBRE, Harriet held innovation and process leadership roles at several global law firms, where she led transformation initiatives to automate workflows, streamline onboarding, and centralize knowledge management. She developed scalable systems and standardized playbooks that enhanced efficiency and user experience across teams. Earlier in her career, she managed high-volume immigration matters and drove automation projects supporting thousands of filings each year.
