Glen’s U.S. experience includes executing focused patent searches, providing patentability opinions, and drafting and prosecuting patent applications. He is proficient in utilizing the Patent Cooperation Treaty for cost-effective international patent filings and has developed a trusted relationship with foreign counsel to prosecute clients’ patent applications more efficiently in countries outside of the U.S.

In addition, Glen’s practice includes counseling clients with respect to the enforcement of their patents and the avoidance of their competitor’s patents. In this regard, he is skilled at monitoring competitor patent activity, executing patent clearance and freedom-to-operate searches, and drafting opinion letters documenting non-infringement and invalidity. Glen’s services also extend to drafting intellectual property agreements such as license agreements, confidentiality agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and joint-development agreements.
