Frank is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of the firm’s comprehensive talent strategy to support growth, innovation, and operational excellence. He leads attorney recruitment, talent pipeline development, and plays an integral role in strategic growth initiatives—including lateral hiring, firm expansion, and M&A in targeted geographic and practice areas as identified by firm leadership.
Prior to joining Michael Best, Frank held the role of chief strategy and development officer for a patent law firm in Charlotte, NC.
Before building a career within the legal profession, Frank was recognized as a leader in the executive search industry. He founded Coalesce Inc., a c-suite executive search firm, where he was retained to complete time-sensitive and highly confidential searches for several multinational, multi-billion-dollar companies.
Frank is also a professional and published songwriter, with over fifty full-length compositions in his catalog. His work has appeared in numerous motion pictures, advertising, and television projects.
