Overview

Clients look to Elmon for advice and counsel on complex transactions. Her experience includes navigating a variety of transactional matters, ranging from mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and venture capital, to corporate and finance law.  

Elmon came to Michael Best as a summer associate. She previously was a legal volunteer with the Cancer Legal Resource Center and the Bet Tzedek legal Services (providing legal guidance to low-income individuals) in Los Angeles, California, and was also a legal intern with an investigative litigation firm in London while studying abroad.

At Pepperdine, she was a student mentor in the school’s Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship and the Law Micro-Enterprise Program, and a teaching fellow for the Pepperdine School of Law Academic Success Program.

Honors & Recognitions

While completing her undergraduate degree, Elmon was the recipient of several accolades and honors recognizing her academic achievements and accomplishments. She was the recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship, was on the Dean’s List, and received the Presidential Scholarship, the Ross Beason Memorial Scholarship, and the Tornquist Endowed Scholarship.
