Elizabeth has more than 15 years of experience assisting the Intellectual Property group in all aspects of patent, trademark and copyright prosecution, both U.S. and international. She also assists the IP Litigation group in the filing of post-grant procedures such as reexaminations, reissues, and <em>inter parte</em> review proceedings.
