Overview

Drew is a seasoned transactional attorney who provides strategic counsel on corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and serves as outside general counsel to small and mid-sized businesses, including startups. His real estate practice spans a broad client base—from commercial landlords and tenants to private equity firms investing in multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial properties nationwide. 

While pursuing his law degree, Drew earned several academic awards, including recognition in property law and contract law. He also helped teach constitutional law as a teacher’s assistant and was invited to take part in the Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition.  

After earning his bachelor’s degree, Drew spent time studying in Himachal Pradesh, India through the Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where he explored international environmental law, human rights law, and the legal philosophies of India and Tibet.
