David represents clients in a variety of complex intellectual property and commercial litigation matters. He has experience with a range of disputes including breach of contract; negligence; bankruptcy; trade dress and trade secrets; unfair competition and unfair marketing; and patent infringement.
Prior to joining Michael Best, David was a law clerk for a criminal defense attorney where he provided litigation support services including research, analysis, drafting, and correspondence. He was additionally a judicial extern for Chief Federal District Judge Laurie Smith Camp in the District of Nebraska.
While in law school, David volunteered for the University of Nebraska College of Law Legal Clinic, providing immigration support services.
