Cheryl has more than 20 years of experience as a paralegal. She provides substantive assistance and support in case preparation, tracking and organization of document production and exhibits, and document and record control, security measures, and confidentiality.
Cheryl’s background in litigation matters provides her a deep knowledge of the complexities of various statutes, case law, and legislative acts. Her experience includes conducting research, developing and overseeing case files, and analyzing and drafting defense motions to be filed in state and federal courts. Cheryl has also worked with discovery processes, and both prepared for and assisted with trials.
