Brianna represents clients in a variety of intellectual property and commercial litigation matters. She focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation, particularly disputes involving life sciences and chemical technologies. Brianna helps clients navigate all aspects of enforcement and litigation of patents, trademarks, trade dress, and copyright.
Brianna began her career with Michael Best as a summer associate. Her practice has also been informed by her previous experience working at a full-service law firm in Chicago, where she assisted with both litigation and transactional matters. Prior to working at Michael Best, Brianna was a legal intern and patent analyst for a patent search and consulting firm.
While pursuing her undergraduate degree in Biology, Brianna gained experience at the University of North Texas’ HHMI Research Lab where she conducted experiments on the toxicology of crude oil combined with UV radiation in aquatic organisms.
