He advises clients on all aspects of their portfolios, including planning, valuation, and monetization.
Brian also represents clients in intellectual property litigation, licensing, identification of patentable innovations, and asset acquisition negotiations. His litigation experience includes representing clients against claims of infringement in federal and appellate court and before the U.S. International Trade Commission, as well as inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).
