Overview

Bennie has a knack for making connections both on and off the playing field. The NFL veteran wide receiver brings his talent to Michael Best, helping to align companies, entrepreneurs, and investors with the right blend of consulting and legal services to take them to the next level. Bennie also leverages the skills and approaches he learned as a successful professional athlete to assist clients through development and execution of strategic vision, team building, and motivation to succeed.

Bennie played eight seasons in the NFL, beginning his career as an undrafted free agent signed by the Denver Broncos in 2014. He was a member of the 2016 Denver Broncos Super Bowl 50 Championship Team, and he may best be remembered for having hauled in the final pass of Hall of Fame quarterback Peyton Manning. Bennie played his final season with the San Francisco 49ers in 2021.  

Bennie has 12+ years’ experience working with high performing teams and individuals. Since 2019, he has coached over 150 business owners and top executives to develop and implement approaches key to personal and business success and continued growth. He leverages some of the same methodologies used by top NFL coaches and athletes to optimize decision making, navigate challenges, and develop transformational processes that lead to long-term success in any industry.

He obtained his professional coaching certification through Co-Active Training Institute and developed his own MVP (Mindset, Vision & Performance) coaching model. Bennie lives and teaches his motto, “The only way to win the footrace is to expect to win the footrace. Little or much will be given to you, according to your expectation for little or much.”
