Austin’s strong organizational skills enable him to begin an engagement with a thorough understanding of the facts and legal issues to develop legal strategies, provide honest advice to clients, and handle all aspects of complex arbitration, litigation, trial, and other dispute resolutions.
Raised in a long line of construction workers, Austin grew up around the industry and became a litigator to represent the hard-working people who build our communities from the ground up. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Austin worked with the Justice Access Initiative to assist North Carolina courts in creating a comprehensive plan to resume jury trials.
