Alex assists clients with a range of corporate, transactional, and other business matters. He began his career with Michael Best as a summer associate and joined the firm as an associate after earning his law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
While pursuing his J.D., Alex was a legal intern for Cook County Judge James McGing. In that role, he drafted case briefs, conducted legal research, and observed a variety of civil court cases and proceedings. Alex also gained experience as a student associate at the University of Wisconsin Law and Entrepreneurship Clinic, where he drafted corporate documents, including corporate bylaws, founders’ agreements, and IP agreements, while managing multiple small-business clients. Additionally, Alex worked as a finance intern for a large real estate investment company, where he helped to research and evaluate potential real estate acquisitions and investments.
