With a background spanning corporate, real estate, and litigation matters, Adam supports clients by assisting in acquisitions, company formations, venture financings, and conducting in-depth legal research for industries including technology and entertainment.
While in law school, Adam externed for the Honorable Sheri Bluebond of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. He also served as a research assistant, contributing to academic work on corporate governance and venture capital. During his final year of law school, Adam clerked for the firm’s Venture Best team, where he assisted with entity formations, due diligence, and other corporate matters. Before entering the legal field, Adam worked in professional recruitment for investment banking and private equity clients.
