Abigail focuses her practice on Labor & Employment matters, leveraging her experience in securities litigation and corporate law, as well as cross-practice knowledge in tax law and wealth planning. This diverse background enables her to address complex client needs with a comprehensive approach.
Prior to joining Michael Best, Abigail practiced at a New York-based law firm where she represented investors in disputes with financial institutions and advisors under FINRA and SEC oversight. In that role, she managed claims, drafted complaints, motions, and appellate briefs, and negotiated with regulators and opposing counsel to achieve advantageous outcomes.
Earlier in her career, Abigail served as an associate at a tax and estate planning law firm where she created comprehensive estate plans and built captive insurance companies.
