Michael Best Earns Perfect Score in 2021 Corporate Equality Index Report

Michael Best is pleased to announce it has again received a perfect score of 100 percent on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2021 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), the nation’s premier benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ workplace equality. The perfect score earns Michael Best distinction among the Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality and reflects a commitment to workplace equality with respect to tangible policies, benefits, and practices. Michael Best joins the ranks of 767 major U.S. businesses that also earned top marks this year, and this is Michael Best’s fifth consecutive year of receiving a perfect score.
