Breaking Developments Under the Fair Labor Standards Act - Madison

From the enjoined overtime pay regulations to a “comp time” bill and the Department of Labor’s rescinding of expansive guidance memoranda on “independent contractor” and “joint employment” standards, the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) continues to be a hotbed of activity in all three branches of federal government. In this breakfast briefing, attorneys Mitch Quick and Farrah Rifelj will discuss the latest developments under the FLSA to ensure that human resources professionals remain on the cutting edge of compliance.
