Luis I. Arroyo (Milwaukee) is a member of the Labor and Employment Relations Group representing employers in a range of labor and employment matters, particularly in the areas of employee defection and recruitment. Arroyo is experienced with litigating injunction and damage actions relating to non-compete covenants, non-solicitation and non-disclosure agreements, unfair competition, trade secrets, duty of loyalty, the Computer Fraud & Abuse Act, and state trade secrets and unfair-competition statutes.
Michelle Wagner Ebben (Milwaukee) is a member of the firm’s Transactional Group providing strategic counsel and representation on a variety of construction, real estate, and project development matters. Ebben’s experience includes complex real estate purchase, sale, and leasing transactions; entitlement processes; easements, licenses, and rights-of-entry agreements; negotiating and drafting construction-related contracts; construction-related disputes; and zoning and land issues.
Sarah E. Flotte (Chicago) is a member of the Labor and Employment Relations Group offering proactive, strategic employment counsel. Representing companies and management exclusively, Flotte works with a diverse range of manufacturing, logistics, government, financial, and higher education clients of all sizes. Her strategic practice includes litigation, counseling on employment issues, and training of supervisors, employees, and top-level management.
Denise Greathouse (Milwaukee) practices in the Labor and Employment Relations Group and represents management clients on a full range of labor and employment matters, from Occupational Safety and Health Administration and Mine Safety and Health Administration issues to workplace investigations, employee safety and health, labor arbitration, employment tort and breach of contract lawsuits, unemployment insurance appeals, unemployment and worker’s compensation, Medicare/Medicaid billing disputes, and Social Security disability.
Molly S. Lawson (Milwaukee) practices in the Intellectual Property Group and is experienced in all phases of U.S. and international patent protection, as well as drafting agreements and contracts. Lawson’s patent prosecution and patent clearance practice is focused on computer software and hardware technologies, such as imaging systems and applications, cryptographic and security applications, web-based applications and business methods, wireless networks and communication protocols, and financial transaction processing.
Adam E. Witkov (Milwaukee) is a member of the Litigation Group and a relentless advocate for clients in the areas of complex commercial and financial services litigation. Witkov counsels and represents financial institutions related to loan workouts, prosecuting breach of contract and breach of guaranty claims, and defending claims and counterclaims. He also routinely helps businesses and advanced manufacturers resolve a wide array of disputes with suppliers, distributors, customers, contractors, and business partners.
