This workshop will give your business the tools and best practices to comply with recent Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) developments and set up a culture of compliance to confidently face an OFCCP audit. Presenters Farrah N.W. Rifelj, Marion C. Smith and Elizabeth N. Larson will highlight important considerations in areas such as managing effective outreach, applicant and vacancy tracking for protected employees, the best time to reassess your job groups and getting a head start on compensation issues. An overview of the recent final regulations such as pay transparency, the EEOC’s proposed new EEO-1 Form and the notice of proposed rulemaking on Federal Contractor Paid Sick Leave will also be discussed.
