Madison, WI (May 2, 2016) – Michael Best & Friedrich LLP is pleased to announce Amy O. Bruchs has been named Office Managing Partner for the firm’s Madison office. Bruchs, who has been with the firm since 1993, serves as a longtime trusted advisor to her clients and colleagues alike. Her appointment demonstrates our continued commitment to diverse leadership at Michael Best.

Bruchs joined the firm’s Labor and Employment Relations practice group in 1995 and has since focused primarily on employment and labor law and litigation. She has been recognized in those areas by sources such as The Best Lawyers in America and Madison Magazine.

Bruchs is active in the Madison community, serving on the local boards of organizations such as the Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra and the ARC Community Services. She is an active member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and a Board Member of its Labor and Employment Law Section. She is also a member of the American Bar and Dane County Bar Associations.
Bruchs earned her J.D., with honors, from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a B.A., with high honors, from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
