Q: What is the most challenging case you have worked on and what made it challenging?
A: The most challenging case I have recently worked on involved green card processing for a software engineer. A small Wisconsin-based employer convinced the engineer to move to the U.S., despite the engineer’s concerns with the immigration process. We started a green card case for him even before he moved to the U.S. We handle many software engineer filings each year."
