MADISON, WI (March 3, 2015) – Farrah N. W. Rifelj, a partner in Michael Best’s Labor & Employment Relations Practice Group who focuses on employment litigation, has been selected as a recipient of InBusiness Magazine’s 2015 40 Under 40 award. The publication’s annual award recognizes young Madison-area professionals who are thriving in their field and making noteworthy contributions to the community through volunteer work and public service.
Since graduating from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2003, Rifelj has made a name for herself as a rising star in Madison’s legal environment while advising management clients on employment topics including harassment, discrimination, wage law, unemployment, hiring and terminating practices, family and medical leave laws and more.
As Board President of Family Service Madison, Inc. and a Board Member of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Madison, Inc., Rifelj passionately gives back to the community and serves as a role model for young women lawyers and her three children. “Collectively, it is inspiring what this class of 40 Under 40 has been able to accomplish so far,” states Rifelj. “Just like my peers, I look forward to building on my career and providing professional service and positive contributions to our community for many years to come.”
