NewsMichael Best advised Domain Outdoor, a rapidly growing developer and distributor of wildlife food plot seed, feed, attractants, and nutritional supplements, in its recent sale to Allen Company, a leading manufacturer of outdoor products and accessories. Domain Outdoor has quickly become a trusted name in wildlife nutrition, available in more than 4,000 retail locations across the United States. Unlike other acquisitions in this industry, Allen Company intends to invest resources to expand offerings to retail partners and customers and significantly grow Domain Outdoor’s market share. The deal was led by Brett Valentyn, along with Jake DeLeers and Dallas Humphries.
