Michael Best announced today that Megan Juel will be joining the firm’s Chicago office as Senior Counsel to the firm’s Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice group.
Juel comes to Michael Best with a breadth of experience working with Am Law 20 and 50 firms throughout her decade-long career. At these firms, she has handled a wide range of sophisticated M&A transactions, SEC reporting, and other complex executive compensation and employee benefits matters for publicly traded and privately held clients across multiple industries. As a result, Juel has been able to hone a multidisciplinary skillset across the tax, securities, benefits and employment laws.

Juel earned her B.A., cum laude, from Yale University and her J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law.
