Corporate Counsel Rank Michael Best’s Client Service in Top 25% in BTI Consulting Group Survey

Michael Best has again been included among the top law firms in BTI Consulting Group’s Client Service A-Team: Survey of Law Firm Client Service Performance 2022.

The BTI Client Service A-Team is limited solely to law firms considered by clients to deliver the absolute best levels of client service. In-depth interviews with more than 350 corporate counsel reveal Michael Best's client service is in the top 25 percent of the law firms serving the world’s largest clients. Michael Best is ranked a standout in investing in client relationships, as well as a standout in client-facing communication.

The BTI Client Service A-Team 2022 report is based on the analysis on 17 activities clients use to define and evaluate client service. Of the 17 activities, clients listed these 7 as the most influential:

This year’s research identified 650 core law firms serving large and Fortune 1000 clients with $700+ million in revenue. Of those interviewed, 281 firms are singled out by legal decision makers for their expertise in driving superior client relationships, to make the list.
