As Practice Group Chair of the Real Estate team, Ebben provides counsel and guidance to lawyers under the umbrella of real estate, construction, and project development and financing. Beyond her work with Michael Best, Ebben is involved in several professional organizations, serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for the Milwaukee Bar Association and WCREW (Wisconsin Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women). Previously, Ebben served on several board roles for the Village of Hales Corners including the Building Board, Police and Fire Commission, and Board of Review.

As a partner in the firm’s Labor & Employment group, Greathouse aids clients in sectors including construction, transportation, manufacturing, health care, and education on matters ranging from Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) issues and workplace investigations, to labor arbitration and employee health, and safety issues. In addition to counseling her clients, Greathouse has served on a number of boards including the American Black Holocaust Museum, Waukesha Dental Clinic, and Pearls for Teen Girls. She regularly volunteers at Catered the Homeless, North Shore Church of Christ Food Pantry and as a mentor at City of Milwaukee Catholic schools.

With a background in computer science, Lawson helps clients protect their intellectual property rights in computer hardware and software inventions, including through the preparation and prosecution of patent applications both in the U.S. and abroad. Lawson has experience drafting technology contracts, such as non-disclosure agreements, hosting service agreements, and license agreements, to provide full-service support to her clients, who range from Fortune 50 companies to start-ups. In addition to her dedication as a partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property practice, Lawson also serves as the Leader of the firm’s Electrical Engineering & Computer Science Sub-Group. Outside of her robust practice at the firm, Lawson has a long history of volunteering at the Marquette Legal Clinic.
