Back to work but are we back to normal?

As remote workforces are asked to return to the worksite, there are many questions that employers need to think about and address related to their employees and workplaces.

This webinar will discuss three topics:

  • Vaccine Verification Considerations for Customers & Employees
Attorney Chuck Palmer will review what you can and cannot ask regarding vaccination status for your customers and employees. We will also discuss what you should take into consideration when updating policies around masks and returning to work post-COVID.
  • Regulatory Guidance Overview & Discussion
Attorney Brian Paul will review federal and select state and local pandemic-related guidance regarding employees in the workplace as we come out of the pandemic. The discussion will include challenges employers are facing in implementing CDC, OSHA, and EEOC guidance while being aware of state, county, and city public health and business guidance.
  • Accommodation Considerations & Litigation
Employers are bound to find employees who have decided that they are no longer interested in engaging in the commute, paying for parking, or working in dress clothes when pajamas have sufficed for the last year and a half. Such employees may seek legal justification to avoid returning, including raising disability concerns. Attorneys Dan Kaufman and Kirk Pelikan will discuss the likely challenges and the tools employers have to work through these issues.
