Michael Best Names David Crass Managing Partner of Washington, D.C. Office

Michael Best is pleased to announce that David Crass has been named the Managing Partner of the firm’s Washington, D.C., office. In addition to his new responsibilities, Crass will continue to focus his practice in the environmental, regulatory, agricultural production, manufacturing and distribution, and renewable energy sectors on a regional and national level. He counsels clients on environmental, regulatory, project development, and legislative matters, including enforcement defense, compliance counseling, project development structure and permitting. He will work closely with the D.C. office of the firm’s affiliate Michael Best Strategies (MBS), a consulting firm specializing in lobbying, government relations, crisis management, and community/stakeholder engagement strategies to provide clients an integrated legal/policy solution.

Through collaboration and determination, Dave knows how to get things done for clients.”
