Michael C. Barnhill (Salt Lake City) is a member of the Litigation Practice Group whose practice focuses on defending companies accused of violating federal and state consumer protection laws. Barnhill’s experience spans from corporate and individual clients in commercial and business litigation involving contractual breaches, torts (including fraud and negligence), misappropriation of trade secrets, securities violations, and discrimination.
Patricia Linn Jenness (Milwaukee) is a member of the Litigation Practice Group whose practice focuses on advocating for clients in federal and state court at all stages of litigation, from early case assessment to trial and appeals. Jenness is valued for her efficient and creative approach to handling trademark and copyright protection, contract disputes including shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, and challenges to insurance policy coverage.
Paul R. Jonas (Milwaukee) is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group focusing his practice on all aspects of commercial real estate. He represents a variety of clients, from sole proprietorships to Fortune 500 companies, in diverse and complex real estate transactions. His experience includes representing buyers and sellers in purchases and sales, complex leasing, public financing, and zoning, as well as other entitlements and approvals.
Judson D. Stelter (Salt Lake City) is a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment Relations Practice Group and represents management in all phases of employment law, including issues related to discrimination and harassment, wage and hour, family and medical leave, employment contracts, non-compete agreements, criminal background checks, and affirmative action. He also assists employers in investigating and responding to charges of discrimination and unfair labor practices, and advises clients on the avoidance and/or management of litigation in these areas.
Betsy T. Voter (Salt Lake City) is a member of the Corporate & Transactional Practice Group handling all financial services, securities law, and regulatory compliance. Voter has extensive experience in advising clients on compliance with federal and state securities laws and their impact on broker-dealers, investment advisors, and public companies. She also helps design compliance policies and written supervisory procedures, and advises on corporate governance.
