He Said, She Said – Effectively Investigating & Responding to Internal Complaints of Sexual and Other Harassment

The key steps that employers take once they receive an employee complaint can be critical to evaluating and avoiding liability. In this interactive briefing, attorney Dan Kaufman will discuss best practices for responding to complaints to assess and help avoid the risk of substantial exposure. In particular, he'll  focus on complaints of sexual harassment and how to handle complicated “he said-she said” scenarios.

We will apply for CLE credit in IL, CO, MT, NC, TX, UT, VA, and WI (if applicable). The program is valid for Professional Development Credits for the SHRM-CPSM or SHRM-SCPSM, and PHR/SPHR credit will be available.
