Seth brings more than 20 years of experience in a full spectrum of U.S. Food and Drug Administration-related matters to his leadership of the firm’s FDA Regulatory practice group. Incorporating his training as a chemical engineer and experience gained while serving the FDA with a practical business approach, Seth offers clients a valuable perspective on highly technical areas of the FDA’s regulatory authority.
Clients look to Ross for his extensive background in a broad variety of commercial litigation, labor and employment, and government relations matters. Prior to joining the firm, Ross was a Vice President in the Community Development Group for Zions Bank. In that role, he assisted local and state government and corporate accounts with banking and business operation needs, working with elected and appointed officials in Utah and Idaho, and advocated with Utah’s U.S. Congressional members.
