Michael Best Attorney to Speak on Prevalent Legal Issues Affecting Wisconsin Employers

Chuck Palmer is office managing partner in Michael Best’s Waukesha Office and is part of the firm’s Manufacturing and Energy teams. He is also a member of the Employment Relations Practice Group and co-chair of the Construction Group. He focuses his practice in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) laws and regulations, Wisconsin and federal labor law, labor negotiations, employment- and safety-related litigation, Wisconsin employment law, Equal Employment Opportunity law, pipeline safety laws, restrictive covenants, independent contractor and employment contracts, and workers’ compensation.
