Michael Best Partner, Todd E. Palmer, will speak at the Infocast event, Plant Decommissioning, Decontamination and Demolition on the topic, “Repowering Retired Coal Plants,” on May 9, 2013. Mr. Palmer’s presentation will discuss the key considerations in deciding whether to repower, including water supply availability, air quality attainment, the value of transmission interconnection capacity, access to natural gas supply and the value of power in various regions.
Mr. Palmer is a member of Michael Best’s Energy and Sustainability Practice Group and leads the sub-group on Clean Air Act matters affecting clients, such as repowering industrial facilities. His clients benefit from his unique experience as both an attorney and technical consultant.
