Michael Best & Friedrich LLP is pleased to announce Arthur Gollwitzer III has rejoined the Litigation Practice Group in the firm’s Chicago office, effective August 14, 2012.
Gollwitzer practiced at Michael Best from 2006 to 2010, focusing his practice on intellectual property litigation, white collar criminal defense, and corporate investigations. With 18 years of experience, he combines invaluable trial and appellate knowledge, including jury trials and appeals, with a strong patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret litigation background. Gollwitzer also has experience in a wide range of litigation outside of intellectual property and criminal law, including employment, partnership and breach of fiduciary duty, and breach of contract litigation.
Gollwitzer received his B.A. in economics from The University of Notre Dame in 1991 with a concentration on philosophy and politics, and earned his J.D. in 1994 from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
