Jeffrey M. Barrett is a member of the Business Practice Group. Barrett received a B.A., magna cum laude, in Political Science from Taylor University in 2004. He graduated, cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School with a J.D. in 2009. Prior to graduating law school, Mr. Barrett worked as an intern for the Legal Assistance to Institutionalized Persons (“LAIP”), and as a Post-Hurricane Katrina legal assistant volunteer.
Heather M. Bessinger is a member of the Litigation Practice Group. Bessinger received a B.S. in Finance from De Paul University in 1996, and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business in 2004. She graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law with a J.D. in 2009. While in law school, Bessinger was a judicial extern for the Honorable Blanche M. Manning of the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois.
Christopher E. Nyenhuis is a member of the Litigation Practice Group. Nyenhuis graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in History in 2006. He received a J.D. in 2009 from the University of Iowa Law School, where he was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity and a student writer for the Iowa Law Review.
Kelly R. Rourke is a member of the Employment Practice Group. Rourke attended Marquette University Law School, receiving a J.D. in 2009. She earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee in 2001.
Adam E. Witkov is a member of the Litigation Practice Group. Witkov received a B.A. in Government from the University of Texas in Austin in 2004. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School with a J.D. in 2009. Witkov is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honors Society.
Matthew D. Brown is a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. Brown graduated with a B.S.E. receiving highest distinction and honors from The University of Iowa College of Engineering in 2006. He earned a J.D. , with distinction, in 2009 from The University of Iowa College of Law.
Brandon T. Flugaur is a member of the Litigation Practice Group. Flugaur received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2006. He graduated, magna cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School with a J.D. in 2009. While in law school, Flugaur worked as a judicial intern to Justice David T. Prosser of the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
Craig J. Johnson is a member of the Business and Health Care Practice Groups. Johnson earned a B.S. in Business Administration and Political Science, magna cum laude, in 2006 from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. He earned a J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2009. During the fall of 2007, Johnson worked as a Judicial Intern for Honorable William C. Griesbach for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
