Jay Einerson is a member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group. Einerson received a B.S. in 1981 in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and a M.S. in 1986 in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He earned his J.D., cum laude, in 2009 from Marquette University Law School. Prior to joining Michael Best, Einerson was an electronics and software engineer, and an engineering manager for Fortune 100 companies, small technology companies, and start-ups.
Kevin P. Rizzuto is a member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group. Rizzuto attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, graduating with a B.S. in Computer Engineering, in 2004. He earned a J.D., cum laude, at Marquette University Law School in 2009. Before working at Michael Best, Rizzuto worked as a Patent Examiner for the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Eric F. Severson is a member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group. Severson graduated from Iowa State University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in 2000. He attended the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Training Command in 2002. Severson received a J.D., cum laude, for the University of Wisconsin Law School, in 2009. Prior to joining Michael Best, Severson served in the Navy as a submarine officer where he supervised the operation and maintenance of naval nuclear reactors.
Ivan T. Kirchev is a member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group. Kirchev earned a B.S. from the Illinois Institute of Technology in 2004. Kirchev received a J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2009.
