Stephen A. Gigot is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. His practice focuses on all aspects of U.S. and international patent prosecution in various technical fields including the heat transfer, security and safety, automotive, software, utility networking, residential ventilation, power tool, medical device, and financial transaction industries. Mr. Gigot received a J.D., cum laude, in 2001 from Marquette University Law School.
Julie A. Haut is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. Haut focuses her practice on securing U.S. and foreign patent protection for electrical, computer software and business method inventions. Her practice also includes preparation and review of intellectual property licenses. She received a J.D. in 2001 from Marquette University Law School.
Bradley J. Kalscheur a member of the Wealth Planning Services Practice Group. Kalscheur’s practice includes all areas of estate and business succession planning, as well as the structuring and taxation of partnerships and limited liability companies. In his practice, Kalscheur has assisted with the transfer of many closely-held family businesses between generations, monitoring the viability of the companies while also minimizing taxes of the older generation. Kalscheur also is a Certified Public Accountant. He received a J.D., cum laude, in 1995 from Marquette University Law School.
Lori S. Meddings is a member in the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. Meddings works closely with clients to protect and enforce their trademark rights and copyrights worldwide. Specifically, Meddings assists clients with trademark clearance searching, international and domestic trademark prosecution, protection of trade dress, U.S. and foreign customs protection and enforcement, trademark and copyright enforcement, structuring and negotiating intellectual property licenses, unfair competition, false advertising, and a wide variety of Internet issues, including domain name and key word disputes. She received a J.D., in 2001 from Marquette University Law School.
Ted A. Wisnefski is a trial lawyer and a member of Michael Best’s Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Wisnefski has a general commercial litigation practice with substantial experience in both state and federal court handling a broad range of matters including commercial torts, contracts, antitrust, directors and officers’ liability, false advertising, valuation, and professional malpractice. He is a 2001, cum laude, graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School.
Sheldon L. Wolfe is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. Wolfe is focuses his practice on intellectual property law, with an emphasis on securing U.S. and foreign patent protection for electrical, electromagnetic, biomedical, business method and communication related inventions. He is experienced with all aspects of patent prosecution, including conducting patent searches, conducting patentability analyses, preparing patent applications, prosecuting patent applications to allowance, conducting infringement analyses, preparing non-infringement and patent invalidity opinions, and counseling regarding non-infringing designs. He received a J.D., cum laude, in 1999 from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

Carrie A. Hall is a member of the Litigation Practice Group. Her practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation, employment litigation and financial and regulatory litigation. She received a J.D., cum laude, in 1999 from DePaul University College of Law.
Christopher R. Parker is a member of the Litigation Practice Group. He concentrates his practice on commercial, construction, and insurance litigation matters. Parker has experience with the management of complex litigation cases in commercial contract, construction, products liability, real estate, bank fraud, and tort litigation. Parker received a J.D. in 1999 from the University of Illinois School of Law.
Thomas J. Otterlee is a member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the Waukesha office. Otterlee’s practice focuses primarily on patent prosecution. Prior to joining the firm, Otterlee worked for 12 years for various companies in the power generation industry. Otterlee received a J.D., cum laude, in 2001 from Marquette University Law School.
Lee M. Seese is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Seese has substantial experience in complex commercial litigation and product liability matters and has tried cases in both state and federal courts. Seese received a J.D., cum laude, in 2001 from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
