Tod Linstroth is a member of the firm’s Management Committee and a senior partner in the firm’s Transactional Group. He serves as lead corporate counsel to many significant corporate and technology-based clients, and co-founded the firm’s Venture BestTM venture practice. Mr. Linstroth’s experience as lead counsel includes a broad range of complex transactions which include corporate financings, leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions (involving public and private companies), divestitures, recapitalizations, securities offerings, corporate structure and governance. Mr. Linstroth has been published many times and is a frequent speaker at both legal and business education forums.

Mr. Linstroth has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America each year since 1988, and was recently acknowledged by this same publication as Madison, Wisconsin's 2011 "Lawyer of the Year" in the area of Corporate Law. He has been recognized as one of the leading individual Corporate/ M&A attorneys by Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business each year since 2003. He was named a "Wisconsin Super Lawyer" in the area of Business in 2005-2010. In addition, he has been named by In Business Magazine (2006-2011) as a VIP of Madison area civic-minded executives in its Annual Executive Register.
