Before joining Michael Best, Mr. Biskupic was United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. In that role, Mr. Biskupic was the chief federal litigator for all court activity in eastern Wisconsin involving the United States government. This experience included oversight of literally thousands of state and federal cases, involving a wide variety of disputes, many involving millions of dollars. Mr. Biskupic has had extensive courtroom experience, personally trying more than 50 jury trials and arguing more than 30 federal appeals.
