Practice
Michael Best serves as counsel to health care clients in all aspects of their business. We provide legal advice concerning business structure and governance, tax planning and tax-exemption, medical staff and clinical care issues, financing, real estate, commercial law, protection of intellectual property, environmental law, labor and employment matters and regulatory concerns. Our attorneys also counsel health care clients regarding the formation of contracting networks for managed care delivery systems and related insurance reimbursement and antitrust considerations. In addition, we provide advice concerning business organization, reorganization and joint ventures for health care clients entering new markets or expanding their existing businesses. When disputes arise, we assist with litigation or other means of dispute resolution.
