Rob Mulcahy is a partner and Chair of the firm’s Community Outreach Committee. His practice covers both public and private sector management labor and employment law, including privatization, inter-governmental co-operation agreements, collective bargaining, contract administration, employment discrimination matters, wage and hour, open meeting, public records, ethics opinions and interest arbitration proceedings.
Mr. Mulcahy is a key contributor to the Higher Education Practice Group. His practice in this area involves representing higher educational institutions on: employment and severance agreements, student/faculty disciplines and codes of conduct, accommodation issues, drafting policies and handbooks for students and staff, collective bargaining and contract administration, discrimination claims, and litigation before state and federal agencies. He is a frequent speaker and contributing author on a wide variety of education law topics.
