Mathew G. Gavronski

As a member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group, Matt Gavronski counsels and represents clients in the acquisition, enforcement, and avoidance of U.S. and international patents. His experience includes patent searching, preparation of design and utility patent applications, patentability analysis, infringement analysis, and patent validity analysis. Mr. Gavronski generally concentrates his practice within the mechanical arts, with specific experience in the areas of internal combustion engines, motorcycles, fuel injection systems, power tools, printing and binding, handicap-access systems, shelving and storage units, dental hygiene devices, and electro-therapy products. Mr. Gavronski also plays an active role in various patent litigation matters, particularly with respect to the development of claim construction strategies and the use and preparation of experts.
