Porter Martin is the leader of the Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions Group. He focuses his practice on business and corporate law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Martin also focuses in the following areas:

• Supply and Distributor Agreements (inbound and outbound)
• Corporate restructuring,
