Mr. Benson is the co-chair of the firm's Litigation Practice Group. He is also the co-chair of the firm's Product Liability and Tort Liability Litigation Focus Group, chair of the firm’s Life, Health and Disability Litigation Focus Group, and a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Special Practice Group. Since joining the firm, Mr. Benson has been involved in product liability and personal injury litigation, general commercial litigation, toxic tort litigation, intellectual property litigation and insurance litigation.

Mr. Benson was recognized in the area of product liability and commercial litigation since 2008 in The Best Lawyers in America, published by Woodward/White, Inc. He was acknowledged as a “Wisconsin Super Lawyer” in the area of Litigation and Civil Litigation Defense since 2005.
