The law firm of Michael Best & Friedrich LLP has assembled a multi-disciplinary team of experienced lawyers to work with clients to evaluate the issues and execute on opportunities now available to them through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, and related state legislation and programs.
The stimulus team focuses on the areas of agriculture, renewable energy and clean technology, education, technology and broadband, health care, and transportation and infrastructure. Among the issues they will address are employment, employment benefits, tax, regulatory and compliance and executive compensation.
