Mike Green is a partner in the Madison office and Chair of the firm’s Land & Resources Practice Group. His practice focuses on all areas of business and real estate law, in addition to related areas of municipal and construction law. Mr. Green represents local and national real estate developers in the acquisition zoning and development of unimproved real property; represents both buyers and sellers in the acquisition of improved real property; and consults clients in property transfers in estate planning contexts.
He also represents borrowers and lenders in real estate finance transactions, including municipal financing, taxable note financing and private placement financing. Mr. Green’s municipal law experience includes the incorporation of a township and working with annexations and development agreements.
