Jonathan H. Margolies, a partner in our Milwaukee office, practices primarily in the area of intellectual property litigation, represents large commercial clients in patent cases, trademark cases, unfair competition cases and trade libel cases. Jon has litigated cases around the country, and has obtained several multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for clients. His cases have involved a wide range of technologies, including locks, computer systems, LEDs, luggage, metallurgy, mining equipment, digital music files, trailers, snowthrowers, lawn mowers and food processing machinery. Jon has taught as an adjunct professor at Marquette law school for over a decade on courses related to both trademark and patent litigation.
