Earn & Learn is a City of Milwaukee initiative focused on assisting high school students and young adults in making a positive transition into the business community, by providing them opportunities to enhance their work-readiness skills. The city’s youth, ages 14-21, have three opportunities to participate; Community Work Experience Program, Summer Youth Internship Program and Private Sector Job Connection. Michael Best is proud to participate by providing a City of Milwaukee youth with summer employment in 2009. Michael Best’s involvement in this program allows our firm to assist in the development and improvement of the workforce within our city.
