Dave Krutz is the firm’s Managing Partner. His law practice focuses primarily on construction law and related areas. He has extensive experience in both trial and arbitration proceedings.
Among the other areas where he has unique knowledge and experience are construction lien law requirements; construction-related insurance claims; claims for extra costs and design-build contracts. A significant portion of his practice is devoted to the drafting of construction-related contracts and contract negotiations. He also has extensive experience with systems integration disputes which arise from a construction project. He represents a wide variety of clients including general contractors, subcontractors, architects, developers and owners of commercial buildings. He is a frequent speaker for construction industry trade groups such as the Associated General Contractors, the Metropolitan Builders Association of Greater Milwaukee and the American Subcontractors Association.
