Aaron Nodolf is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group. Mr. Nodolf primarily focuses his practice on patent prosecution and related opinion matters, with an emphasis on mechanical and electro-mechanical technology areas. Mr. Nodolf has experience with several aspects of patent prosecution, including preparing and prosecuting domestic and foreign patent applications, preparing non-infringement and clearance opinions, and conducting patent searches and patentability analyses in various technologies, including bicycles, farm equipment, mechanical and electro-mechanical lock systems, refrigeration systems, motorcycles, transport vehicles, small-power products, paper converting equipment, control systems, and other mechanical inventions. Mr. Nodolf is licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
